Once again Stewkley have dominated a game and not got the points deserved!
Against a strong Grendon side, who have now moved top of the league after this win, but it was Stewkley that controlled the game for the majority of the 90 minutes.
Stewkley took the lead in the first half through a Mat Till header and should have looked to play the half out, but unfortunately Grendon pulled one back with the last kick of the half, a shot which squirmed its way under Steve Willis in goal.
Grendon then took the lead in the second half, but it was still Stewkley pressing for the win, but altough Jack Howe hit the post in the 90th minute, but it was not to be!
At times some of the Stewkley play is a joy to watch, but we really need to start turning these game into wins, as we are now looking over our shoulders!
